Young women and non-binary changemakers – aged 18-30 – who want to work in sustainability and make a difference.

What does the programme involve?
Online Catalyst Summit
The Catalyst Summit is a transformational and empowering programme that will help you make a difference and land your dream job in sustainability.
Join us for inspirational speakers, green careers guidance, and sustainability experts.
Learn green skills, understand climate career options & pathways, and meet your own mentor to help guide your changemaker journey.
Grow, learn and be inspired through our transformative women-centred coaching, intergenerational mentoring, and peer group networking. All are informed by the latest climate research, sustainability change strategies, and frameworks.
Speakers include climate activist & author Mya-Rose Craig, specialist sustainability coaches Claire Osbourne and Joey Clifton, and many other inspirational women, purpose-led businesses, career coaches and NGO’s.
Come away with your own Climate Career Compass and Personal Development Plan to guide your journey.
Summit Day 1: Inner Journey: becoming a changemaker
– Explore your vision for a sustainable world and where you fit within it.
– Identify your purpose, values and strengths to help guide your green career journey.
– Create your own climate career compass to help navigate your journey.
Summit Day 2: Taking Action: making an impact
– Find out what it’s like to work for a purpose-led organisation or business and how you can do it.
– Meet our mentors and find out how one of them will support you.
– Learn how to set and achieve goals for your green education and career.
Three months of Sustainability Mentorship
Following the Catalyst Summit, you will be matched with a professional woman working in sustainability, and they will help you:
- Define your vision and pathway for a green career.
- Set a personal or career goal and be supported to achieve it.
- Learn about the education and career opportunities available to you.
- Build an understanding of your personal strengths and interests.
- Gain inspiration as you learn about career paths in sustainability and the low-carbon economy.
- Learn tools for improving your confidence and personal resilience.
You will work with your mentor for 3 months – for a minimum of 3 x 1 hour meetings – agreeing dates and times that work for you both.
Five online Masterclasses & Meet-ups
There will also be five online masterclasses alongside the mentoring, to support your career and personal development. As well as green career and skills training they will provide guidance, accountability, and the support of a like-minded community.
These will be held each month from 6 – 7.30 pm on: 20th November, 10th December 2025, 22nd January, 18th February and 26 March 2026.
- Topics will include:
- Confidence, mindset & eco-anxiety.
- Getting started in your green career.
- Ethical AI.
- How to get your next green or climate job.
Each meet-up will also include peer networking, career coaching and time for reflection and problem-solving.
We recommend you attend the online sessions in person, but all sessions are recorded and are available for you to view until the end of the programme.

ELIGIBILITY: Aged 18-30, live within Europe, proficient in English language, passionate about climate justice.
BURSARIES: We prize diversity and inclusivity and want to ensure that everyone who wants a place on our programme is given the opportunity. Our FREE sponsored bursaries are prioritised for people from underrepresented and less-advantaged backgrounds. ‘Pay-as-you-can’ options are also available.
