We are excited to announce that our 10th Catalyst Summit and Mentoring 2025 is now open for bookings!
Our online sustainability empowerment and green careers mentoring programme for young women and non-binary changemakers aged 18-30.
This year, we have moved it to the autumn, with the Catalyst Summit taking place on 18th and 25th October and the mentoring programme running from November to March next year. There will be five online masterclasses and meet-ups for further personal and career development, along with peer networking opportunities, throughout the programme.
We can promise you a transformative learning journey that builds on what has worked well over the past nine years, while also incorporating feedback from our previous cohorts.

Grow, learn and be inspired through our transformative women-centred coaching, intergenerational mentoring, and peer group networking.
Speakers include climate activist & author Mya-Rose Craig, specialist sustainability coaches Claire Osborne and Joey Clifton, and many other inspirational women, purpose-led businesses, and NGOs.
