Welcoming New Directors Meg Stillwell and Vineeta Greenwood to the Board
We are excited to announce two new additions to our Board—Meg Stillwell and Vineeta Greenwood. At the same time, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Julie Ellison, one of our founding directors, and to Tribeni Chougule, a valued Advisory Board member, as they step down from their roles.
Welcome to Meg Stillwell
Meg also known as Megan, has long been driven by a desire to make the world a better place, both by helping those around her and by protecting the environment. Her passion for addressing environmental issues began early, but studying Geography at A-Level heightened her awareness of the escalating ecological crisis, solidifying her dedication to building a purpose-driven career.
“I’m over the moon to be joining the Catalyse Change Board. Attending the Catalyst Summit was a transformative experience that motivated me to trust my abilities, be ambitious, and carve my path in the environmental sector. As a Catalyst Alumna, I know how impactful this work can be, and I truly believe in its mission. I look forward to reciprocating the opportunities that have shaped my own journey.“
Meg’s journey into the environmental sector began in 2020 at the Catalyst Summit, where she discovered a passion for communication. Since then, she has worked in three environmental communications roles and is currently the Communications Director at Force of Nature, where she helps young people mobilise their mindsets and build skills for meaningful climate action. Meg’s work aligns closely with Catalyse Change, and we are thrilled to have her onboard to help continue making a positive impact in the world.
Welcome to Vineeta Greenwood
Vineeta Greenwood is a co-founder of Wholegrain Digital, one of the UK’s first creative agencies to certify as a B Corp. A champion of social and environmental progress, Vineeta has played a key role in advancing sustainable business practices in the digital sector and has been instrumental in pioneering the field of sustainable digital design.
“I believe in the power of combining practical action with inner work to create real change. By raising consciousness and eliminating fear, we can find solutions grounded in love, peace, and hope.”
Vineeta’s passion for social and environmental justice stems from her upbringing in Mumbai, where she witnessed firsthand the impacts of environmental degradation. Her background in Electronics Engineering and Satellite Communication gave her a deep understanding of human activity’s vast impacts, both on Earth and in space. She co-founded her business to challenge the status quo, prioritizing people and the planet over profit.
With experience living in cities like Brisbane, Graz, and Budapest, Vineeta champions community-driven change and believes that by empowering girls and communities, we can catalyse lasting, positive impacts on society and the environment. We are delighted to welcome Vineeta to the Catalyse Change Board and look forward to her helping shape our organisation’s future.
Farewell and Thank You
We also take this opportunity to say a heartfelt goodbye to two key members of Catalyse Change.
Julie Ellison
Julie, or Jules, has been with us from the very beginning as one of our founding directors. A creative strategist, educator, and trusted social enterprise advisor, Julie has dedicated her career to finding and implementing business solutions that promote economic equality and planetary health. Since completing her MBA in 2002, Jules has worked tirelessly to create positive impacts in the world. We are incredibly grateful for her loyalty and support throughout the years and will miss her deeply. Thank you, Jules, for everything, and do stay in touch as we continue our exciting journeys.
Tribeni Chougule
After nearly two years, Tribeni is stepping down from our Advisory Board. A transformational leader focused on sustainability and corporate responsibility, Tribeni has been a guiding force in promoting Diversity & Inclusion, Gender Equality, and Social Impact. She has also championed employee networks for women in technology and business and supported girls from disadvantaged backgrounds in pursuing STEM degrees. We thank you, Tribeni, for your invaluable contributions, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
As we embrace new beginnings with Meg and Vineeta and say goodbye to Julie and Tribeni, we are reminded of the incredible impact that individuals can have when united by a shared mission. Together, we continue our journey towards a more sustainable, inclusive future.
