Jenna HollidayAfter almost five years as Co-Director of Catalyse Change CIC, I have taken the difficult decision to step down.  Catalyse Change has been an incredibly important part of my life for nearly half a decade. I have had an absolute ball designing and delivering programmes that support young women as they pursue futures as sustainability leaders and changemakers.

At my core, I am passionate about gender equality, and establishing Catalyse Change has been an integral part of my contribution to a more equal world. But as the organisation has grown and become more settled, I have felt that my time and energy would be more usefully spent on other projects.

I always advocate checking in with ourselves and the importance of recognising where we have the privilege and freedom to make the next right move. My departure embodies this.

Catalyse Change continues to be steered by Traci with energy and heart, ably supported by an incredible Board made up of Helen and Julie. The Advisory Board and growing alumni of young women also continue to provide support and guidance, keeping the organisation growing and thriving. In every way, Catalyse Change continues on in safe hands.

I want to thank every single one of the young women who put their faith in me and us during these past years.

I have learned so much from each and every one of you and feel thrilled to be part of a growing intergenerational network of engaged women.

Jenna and TraciI also want to thank Traci for being on this journey with me – we created something wonderful together and I am excited to see where it will go from here.

I will continue to provide technical support to Catalyse Change and won’t ever be that far away. So it’s not really goodbye at all.

In the spirit of enduring friendship,

Jenna
