So How can we Empower more Changemakers in 2019? Can you Help? We have just launched a fundraiser to provide bursaries for girls and young women, from disadvantaged backgrounds, for our 2019 Catalyst Bootcamp and mentoring programme.

To help inspire, empower and skill them as confident, resilient changemakers. For healthy, happy and green careers, communities and planet.

Any donation will be a massive help towards enabling us to run this programme again next year. Donations can start from as little as £1, you choose what you want to give.

Also if you are a UK tax payer you can add on Gift Aid. This means an extra 25p is added to your donation for every pound you give! Thank you so much.

PS if you would like to do a monthly direct debit donation, then Local Giving will match half of it – this launches on 11th December – for more info email traci@catalysechange.com

End-of-Year Social
Thank you so much to all the fantastic young women, mentors, Advisory Board and other volunteers who have made 2018 such a great year for Catalyse Change. Great to catch up with many of you at our end-of-year social this week, to celebrate the year and share visions for 2019 too. Hamidya – pictured – shared her vision for more time reading and finishing books next year – and also for everyone to be talking about Catalyse Change!

Let’s Start Empowering our Young Women Today.

Sophie Harvey-Rich, from our Young Women’s Advisory Board, wrote a powerful article for Bristol 247 magazine about our work and how it is needed, especially in light of recent reports about female harassment and personal safety.

Mentor Career Journey
Sara Telahoun is one of our Catalyse Change mentors, supporting a young woman on her journey as a confident, resilient changemaker.

Read Sara’s blog about her own Green Career journey. We are most grateful to all our mentors and thank them for their support this year.

If you would like to get involved with our work next year either as a volunteer, a mentor or if you are a young women who would like to attend one of our events, then please do get in touch with Traci traci@catalysechange.com
